			Grobstaubfilter / Primary  filtration
			Luftfilterzellen (Glasfaser) / Filter cells (Fiber glass) mat Die Luftfilterzellen bestehen aus Glasfaserfiltervlies, welche in stabilen Kartonrahmen eingebaut werden. Der Kartonrahmen ist mit Stützgitter (auf Staub­ und Reinluftseite) versehen und kann auch in einer wasserfesten Ausführung bestellt werden. Die Glasfasermedien sind mit einem Staubmittel benetzt, für Farbnebelabscheidung wird das Glasfasermedium ohne Haftmittel geliefert. Dieser Filter ist in den Filterklassen G2 und G3 erhältlich und eignet sich hervorragend als Vorfilter, in Industrie­ und Bürogebäuden bei leichteren Staubbelastungen oder als Geräteschutzfilter. Die Filterzellen sind in drei Standardbautiefen erhältlich: 24, 47 und 96 mm. Sondergrößen auf Anfrage. The Filter Cells with micro glas fibers mats are enclosed in a frame of heavy duty chipboard and can be delivered in a water resistant standard as well. The glass fiber mat is coated with a special adhesive. For use in paint booth systems it is available without coating. On both sides the frame construction includes support members, which are an integral part of the frame. The Filter cells are available as class G2 and G3 according to DIN EN 779. They are suitable for office­  and industrial buildings with lower particulate concentration and for air intake of different devices. The Filter Cells are available in three standard depth: 24, 47 und 96 mm (1",2" and 4"). Other dimensions on request.
			Z­Line Filter (Synthetik) / Filter cells (Synthetic fiber) Die Luftfilterzellen bestehen aus thermisch plissiertem Synthetikvlies, welche in stabilen Kartonrahmen eingebaut werden. Die Filter sind voll veraschbar, da ohne Metallgitter! Der Kartonrahmen ist mit einem Stützgitter (auf Staub­ und Reinluftseite) versehen und kann auch in einer wasserfesten Ausführung bestellt werden. Dieser Filter ist in den Filterklassen G4 und F5 erhältlich und eignet sich hervorragend als Vorfilter oder Primärfilter. Die Filterzellen sind in vier Standardbautiefen erhältlich:  22, 47,  96 und 147 mm. Sondergrößen auf Anfrage. The Filter Cells with thermically, pleated synthetic nonwoven are enclosed in a frame of heavy duty chipboard and can be delivered in a water resistant standard as well. These filters are totally incinerable, no metal grid is used for pleating! On both sides the frame construction includes support members, which are an integral part of the frame. The Filter cells are available as class G4 and F5 according to DIN EN 779. These filters are suitable as prefilter, primary filter or can be used to upgrade an existing filtration system.
